플롯 37 타공 코르텐 스틸 뒤에서 보는 시선과 보이는 장면 암스테르담(Amsterdam)에 신축된 60개의 필지 중에서 아일랜드 보르네오(island Borneo)에 <플롯 37>이 서있다. 그 다양한 외관 사이에서 <플롯 37>은 중립적인 형식부터 특수한 형식까지 다양한 형식을 취한다. 코르텐 스틸을 타공하여 마감한 입면은 상층과 지상층의 주택을 가려준다. 좁은 길거리와 면해서는 프라이버시를 보장 하고, 수변 쪽에서는 차양 역할을 하는 것이다. 녹슨 강재는 주변의 울퉁불퉁한 벽돌 및 옛 항구와 조화를 이룬다. 두 주택의 실내는 하나의 독립된 코어를 중심으로 구성되었다. 다양한 바닥 높이를 이루는 옥상 테라스와 다락 층, 그리고 2대의 주차가 가능한 이동식 주차장은 어디에서나 특수성을 갖는 요소다. 글: 헬렌 5 아키텍텐 To see and be seen behind perforated Cortensteel. In a stretch of 60 individual plots on the new built Amsterdam - island Borneo, stands [plot 37]. Between the multitude of appearances [plot 37] can take on different forms, from neutral to specific. Facades of perforated Corten steel conceal an upper- and a ground floor-home. The perforation guarantees privacy to the narrow street and ensures blinds on the water side. The rusted steel harmonizes with the rugged environment of brick and former ports. The interior of both houses is organized around a detached core. With varying floor heights, a rooftop terrace, loft, and a movable parking for two cars is anywhere specific. Written by Heren 5 Architecten
