홀콤 본사 사옥 개념 프로젝트는 홀콤(Holcom)의 정체성을 해석하기 위해 밀도 있는 개념을 활용하고, 이중외피로 둘러쌓은 창고부터 최첨단 사무공간 등 여러 기능을 다양한 높이에서 수용하는 일련의 레이어에 기초를 두고 있으며, 실내와 더불어 일관적이고 조율된 체계를 형성한다. <홀콤 본사 사옥>은 다음과 같은 요인을 성공적으로 결합하는 것에 초점을 맞추어, 다양한 조직을 동시에 수용할 수 있다. · 현대성과 전통 간의 열린 상호작용을 만들어낼 수 있는 건축 설계 · 건물의 표면을 향상시키는 작업과 그 공간을 가능한 인간친화적으로 만드는 작업간의 균형 (녹지, 테라스, 공용 장소, 사무실, 주차장, 회의시설 등) · 내부 동선과 외부 동선의 합리적 관리 · 모든 에너지 / 환경적 측면의 최적화 · 실내의 가변성 (공간 계획과 건축적인 특징 요소) 입면 건물은 하나의 독특한 랜드마크로서 즉각적인 효과를 일으킨다. 입면은 건물이 위치한 문화적인 지역의 전통 양식과 현대성을 매개하는 접점이다. 외피를 이루는 금속 격자와 크롬 도금 부재들은 이질적인 모듈로 결합되어 일종의 무작위적인 효과를 함께 만들어내고, 건물의 전체 구조에 통일성을 부여한다. 커튼월 건물에서 가장 독특한 요소는 이중외피인데, 이 외피는 두 가지 체계에 기초하여 설계되었다. 각 층의 주변 경계보다 20cm 떨어져 이음 없이 배치된 유리 커튼월은 단열 및 방음을 위한 띠와 바깥 외장재를 설치할 공간을 제공한다. 바깥 외피는 전반적인 건물 매스의 느낌을 중화시키면서 구조적 얼개를 통합하는 역동적인 패턴을 만들어낸다. 글 : 롬바르디니22 Lombardini22 Lombardini22 group was born in 2007 thanks to the initiative of six professionals belonging to different backgrounds but united by the same concept of work and the same values of respect, esteem and attention for the client. DEGW maintains its own identity and its famous red trademark. Now the partners are seven. www.lombardini22.com Concept The project draws on a dense and, at the same time, diversified concept for interpreting Holcom’s identity based on a sequence of layers accommodating various different functions on its different levels, ranging from warehouses to cuttingedge office spaces, all enveloped in a double skin, which, together with the interiors, forms one single coherent and coordinated system. can accommodate various different organizations at the same time, thanks to a project focusing on a successful combination of factors: · An architectural design capable of creating open interaction between modernity and tradition. · A balance between enhancing its surfaces and making its spaces as people-friendly as possible (green areas, terraces, communal places, offices, car parks, conference facilities) · Rational management of both internal and external flows · Optimisation of all energy / environmental aspects · Flexibility of its interiors (space planning and architectural features) Facade The building makes an immediate impact as a distinctive landmark: the facade is a mediating interface between modernity and the traditional style of the cultural area in which the building is located. The outer cladding, composed out of a metal grid and chrome-plated features combined into heterogeneous modules, which together create a sort of random effect, instilling unity on the entire building structure. Curtain wall The most distinctive feature of the building is its double skin, designed based on two systems: a seamless glazed curtain wall placed 20cm beyond the edge of floors to allow the installation of a strip of heat and sound insulation, and outside cladding. The outside skin creates a dynamic pattern that tones down the overall building mass and unifies its structural layout. Written by Lombardini22
